When I use the scroll back feature on my tivo it says got to catch up and it doesn't play the program instead it takes me to the catch up TV section where I have to find the program in other lists. What do I do to fix this. Thanks
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble scrolling through the menus and playing programmes via Catch Up. I have taken a look into this and I have found there is a network issue already escalated to our network engineering teams.
There is high demand affecting the network your TiVo® is connected to which will slow things down when it comes to On Demand or Apps via the TiVo® mainly during peak times. Our engineers are working to resolve this as soon as they can. Work can take some time, we're expecting a further update on the 6th April. If the issue hasn't improved or been resolved by then, please don't hesitate to get back to us and request and update.
