Tivo box

Went on holiday  and could delete programmes via the Android app fine,

tryed yesterday now it's saying can't find the box on the network, anyway got hone to it stuck in a boot loop.  I get 5 lights on the box and it just says starting up with the aspect ratio wrong then it goes to 7 lights with it reverting to the2 stand by lights 


I've tryed turning it off


Called and an engineer is coming out Monday just wondering if there is anything else I can do, I'm assuming if it's the box everything will be stressed if it's replaced?

Sorry there's not much else you can do. It sounds like your box has died. You will lose all recordings if they change the box.

Thanks for posting. I'm very sorry to hear your TiVo® box has developed a fault. This isn't what you like to happen when you come back off holiday.


It's now Wednesday so I'm hoping everything is all okay for you now. Can you confirm if it's working again?
