Tivo box painfully slow!!!

Ever since having my contract with Virgin, my tivo box has been annoying slow to respond to all tasks, using on demand or catch up is pretty much useless, the box even sometimes freezes when trying to watch recorded programmes, so telling me to do a reboot, i wouldn't bother wasting your breath, because the box is just as useless when it comes back on, and clearing the cache doesn't do anything either..what's going on, really starting to do my head in now!

Welcome into the Community and thanks for taking the time to write about the TV service, it's never the best when this happens.


I can see that there is an issue with the TV and Broadband signal levels and this would need to be adjusted by and engineer, as there are no active outages in relation to this.
