Tivo box keeps rebooting!

I get a green screen stating that there's a serious problem that the Tivo box will automatically try and repair within 3 hours.  I don't think that the Tivo gets a chance to try a repair as it's constantly rebooting itself.  So after 9 hours of hoping it will repair iteself, no such luck. I'm wondering whether the hard drive has got stuck/stopped working? I sincerely hope not as I've got loads recorded on it.  If this is the case, and I'm sure it has affected others, perhaps Virgin should consider giving their customers a cloud based backup of their recordings.  Couldn't hurt and it would make their customers much happier when the hardware breaks down.  Guess I'm gonna have to call an engineer and wait a week or so before I get it sorted =0(


Perhaps I should just go back to Sky
