Tivo Customer with Netflix problems

I've been having ongoing issues with my Netflix and I thought it would pass but it hasn't.
It keeps pausing and when trying to reload it stops at 25% and then says that there are connections problems.
I've checked my Internet connection and also Netflix on my computer and there are no problems with either!
What can I do to fix this?

I'm sorry to learn about the TiVo while using Netflix, I've been running some tests on the TiVo and I've been able to find a fault.

 

Some of your SNR levels, (Signal to Noise Ratio), aren't working as they should be and can cause a few symptoms including the ones you've mentioned. I'd like to arrange an engineer out to help you.
