Tivo C130 Error since network fault repaired in G13 Yesterday.

There was a major downtime in the G13 area on Saturday the 4th effecting both broadband and tv services from 12pm to 4pm.

The broadband has returned to normal , however my Tivo box cant connect to the network, no demand services at all, just get C130 errror all the time.

Even tried restarting box etc, checking cables, nothing has been changed. So whatever was down outside has effected my box.

My apologies on connecting to the network and that C130 error. Have you been able to connect through this method:-


  1. Press Home on your TiVo remote
  2. Select Help & Settings.
  3. Choose Settings.
  4. Select Network.
  5. Choose Connect to the Virgin Media Service now
