Thank you for letting me know about the TiVo recordings, this is never the best when it's freezing. I have been testing the TiVo my end and I've been able to see a potential issue on the hard drive. Whilst this is something I can see here, it can sometimes be only affecting certain parts. Just to be sure i would like to ask if you can reboot the box and re record the show or any show you need.
In the case that the issue is still existing after the test, please take a look at your 'Inbox', I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little purple envelope near the top right of the page.
