Since this morning an updating digital TV message has been on screen and is cycling through 'update 2 of 3' There was a fault/disruption on the service status that was estimated to be finished by 4pm and is now stating there are no errors.
I have tried turning the box off and on to reset but no joy. Technician not coming till Monday which is a joke. Am in the TS5 area. Is there anything I can do to try and solve the problem?
I'm really sorry to hear that your TiVo® is causing you a bit of a headache at the moment. I've done some checking, and can see that all the testing to get things back up and running for you was already done, so I apologise again that things did not work out for you.
