we just had a power cut and once power was restored the TiVo box seems to be stuck in standby mode.
ive tried turning it off and on, but it seems to fail to display anything on the to screen.
its done thus before, a number of times and usually after 10 minutes or so, we get the startup up message.
is it possible to get a replacement TiVo unit?
I'm really sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service lately, I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the set top box from our end for you.
We're seeing no problems being detected from our end at the moment, I hope that this means your service is working as it should at the moment?
