Here is a new one... The box is very slow the last 6 months at least but tonight it gives this message and cycles endlessly through Stage 1
"Important Please do not switch off your set top box we're updating your digital TVs services which may take a few minutes" With a progress bar that endlessly cycles through I think I pay 120 pounds a month for my complete package
Thanks for your post and apologies for the time it's taken for us to reach your post. We've been a little behind lately and are playing catch up.
I'm sorry to hear that your TiVo® box seems to be running slow and that the update took it's time.
I'm not sure if you've done this already now however if you haven't and are still having an issue, first of all try rebooting the TiVo®. This should start the update again and things will hopefully go right through.
If things are resolved now let us know
