We have had the Broadband and phone for sometime but only changed to the Tivo fairly recently.
When the engineer installed it all he said the 'voltages were low'? coming down the cable and he went up the road to the main box to try and sort it, he came back and said 'he couldnt'? So he had to fit a booster between the feed to the router and the tivo box, its worked fairly well although we do on occasions get picture distortion and then watching a film on Netflix the other night the film just suddenly stopped and I had to turn the router off and on so we could get it to reset to watch the end of the film.
Are these issues still to do with the 'low voltage'?
Can someone from Virgin please test my line and see if this is still an issue?
