TiVo Box Not Starting

I have one of the original TiVo boxes from back when they were first made available on Virgin. For the past week or longer I've been unable to start it at all. It gets the starting up screen and just hangs there forever with two red lights and one blue on the right side of the box.

 

I've tried unplugging it and leaving it for a while before plugging back in, but it always hangs at the same point with the red and blue lights. Seems pretty busted.

Have you phoned and booked an engineer?

Thanks for popping by and posting your comment, I'm sory to hear that the TiVo hasn't been booting up right. 

 

I've been looking into this and can see that the TiVo is not receiving our tests. I would as this stage recommend an engineer. I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little red envelope near the top left of the page, give it a click Smiley Happy
