TiVo Box (Error 7011)


My new TiVo box was delivered today. I followed all of the instructions and when the box started up it could not get passed the 'Configuring IP connections' step and the error 7011 came up.

I went onto chat and told them the problems and went through various things to try and solve them. The last thing that was tried was resetting the whole service and this resulted in losing the chat. When everything was back on, I tried the box again and there was still an error. I then went back onto chat and I was told that my box was activated and to turn it off for an hour then it would all be working. After over an hour, I turned the TiVo on again and the error is still appearing.

Any suggestions?
