Strange happenings overnight with our TiVo tv signal. Yesterday morning there was only a single green light and a red 'heart' light. The TVs signal seemed OK and a reset of the box changed the red light to green. This morning two green lights but no tv signal on any channel. A reset brought the signal back again.
The VM website shows no relative issues and the line test shows clear but obviously something is wrong. My concern is that I'm going on holiday and bothered that any recordings I've set up will fail if the service can only be continued after a reset.
Every day there seems to be issues with VM service and nobody seems to care.
I just wanted to pop by and see how things are today. I have had a look at your box remotely and all is looking fine at the moment. If you are still experiencing any faults, let me know and I can have a closer look.
