TV & Broadband useless in HD5

I've been having terrible service since last night, broadband dropping and TV catchup not working.

Status says everything is OK but it isn't, now I've run out of on-line checks, you only have 3 a day.

A check on the Tivo says an Ethernet cable is disconnected, why this should be a problem defeats me, so it will not log into the service.

Thanks for taking the time to post on the Forum. I'm sorry that you are experiencing a problem with both your TiVo and Broadband service.


I've been able to run testing to your equipment and can see a problem with your TiVo, but everything checks out fine with your SuperHub. The test indicates a problem with the hard-drive, so I'll need to get an engineer out to you.


I'll just need to take further information first, so I'll pop a pm over requesting details so I can get an appointment arranged for you.
