TIVO green light flashing - connectivity issues

I had Virgin installed about a month ago. Since then, I have had connectivity issues and my TIVO box keeps losing the program list and requires resetting. I seem to have sorted the program issues by clearing the box and resetting it up. However, I continue to lose connectivity every day so the green heart light keeps flashing. I keep restarting and it comes back for a bit and then crashes again. I am not getting far with Virgin online help.

Any help or advice please?

Thank you for your message, I'm sorry that the TiVo's looking a little poorly. 

 

After reading what you have written and testing my end It's clear to see that there is an connectivity issue that needs to be addressed. An engineer will need to attend the home to check all aspects and bring the services back online for you. This would need to be arranged as there are no works or ongoing outages in the area that will be affecting you. I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this at the top right of the page, purple envelope Smiley Happy
