Hi, I recently downgraded my TV package to Freeview only and one instead of two Tivo boxes. I sent one back and have now re installed the other in my hobby room. When i switched it on it had not downgraded the package and could not see my Cat 5 network. I had no access to other services like TV Guide etc. I tried the box back in it's first location (My lounge) but to no avail. I then reset the box and now it comes to "Installing Software" "Preparing" (Check cables before restarting). Am I right in suspecting Virgin have disabled the box in some way.
Hiccups can happen, what's important is that help is at hand. I have been testing the boxes and have found that they are having some issues. After testing for any outages, having found none, I'd like to arrange a visit.
