Pixelating & Freezing

Hi!

I'm having problems with my Tivo box. This has been going on for ages and I did call your service team a while ago who did some magic and tried to fix it from there end but to no avail.

During playback of recordings, the image and sound often freezes and pixelates, making it unwatchable.

Really frustrating, can it be sorted? Some of my geeky friends reckon the hard drive is on the way out.... who knows.

Please help!!

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo®.

 

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and I can see an issue with your input signal levels that will need to be adjusted. I'd also like to have your hard drive checked out.
