I'm very sorry to learn about the TV and the picture not being up to scratch. I've been running tests on both boxes and it's safe to say that there is an issue that would need some help. The signal levels on both boxes aren't on par with what is needed to run the service and is typical in symptoms
The good news is I'd like to help and get someone out to adjust these levels and bring this back to normal
