The sound and picture is often out of sync on my TiVo box. Please can you do checks to diagnose the problem and/or send out an engineer.

I'd like to know more about the fault you're experiencing, if you can get back to me with the following information:
* Does this happen on all channels or specific channels? If so, can you tell me which ones?
* Do you have any audio equipment connected? If so, if you disconnect it do you get the same picture/sound sync issues?
* Are the leads connecting your TiVo® to the TV connected securely?
