I'm sorry to hear that On Demand isn't working for you. I will be happy to help get this sorted for you.
I can see you have an engineer booked for the Broadband service which is great to see. After checking your TV service I can see there are signal issues which would require an engineer to resolve. I have added notes for the engineer as these issues are most likely related. Or even if they're not, the engineer will be able to check out both Broadband and TV services.
