I have tried for two days to access On Demand to watch a film - not available. So the phone help guy says there is high demand in my area (London....) have I tried watching at a different time? 8.00pm - 10.00pm is apparently very high demand, Virgin are working hard to fix it and should be sorted in two months. TWO MONTHS??????!!!!! What am I paying for here?
I'm sorry to hear that you're getting an error when trying to use On Demand. I'd like to take a closer look at what's happening for you.
Before I can carry out full checks can you please confirm the error code you are getting please? It's usually a 4 digit number that shows at the end of the error message.
Also if you can let me know if you have tried ordering the SD version of what you have selected. I realise this isn't an ideal solution or work around, it may be something that works until we do resolve any high demand issues that are happening.
