The On demand service has been unavailable in my area for over a week. The original error message asked me to try again in a few minutes - this never worked. The message then changed to 'An Unexpected error has occured....etc etc'.
I have had numerous telephone chats with support staff, the final one of which informed me that the problem would be solved by today. It wasn't.
Anybody know what's going on? I'm getting a bit tired of paying for a service which doesn't work and a telephone conversation with Virgin support requires so much time and patience listening to those awful tunes before getting connected.
