Hi there, I've had no internet or TiVo now in G67 area. Was off when we got up but nothing all day was showing as a fault when I checked status services, tried to restart router and TiVo box but no joy. Customer services hopeless, wanting to reset boxes and loose everything in them.
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing loss of broadband and TV service.
When I checked your account, there was a fault in the area that was causing an issue with TV and broadband. This has since been closed down as resolved and I can see that the services are now back online.
Is the TV and broadband now working for you or are there any further issues?
