No internet and C130 error message on Tivo

Hi...... I'm in SE10 postal code and have come back from 2 weeks away to find I have WIFIbut no internet and error C130 in my TiVo box..... Please can you tell me if there's an issue in my area? I've been trying since midday today to get on the Internet but only just noticed the TiVo issue as just rebooted both the Superhub and TiVo box. Thanks for your help.

Hi there Punkshirl, 

 

I'm really sorry to hear that both your internet and TiVo® are not working as they should at the moment, I bet this put a right dampener on the end of your holiday. 

 

I've run some checks from this end and can see an issue where I'd like to get someone out to take a look at things for you. I've sent you a private message in order to get things moving.
