Seems like i am not the only one who has a complaint about the setup service...How hard can it be to follow the instructions ..well it seems its not me that is at fault but Virgins Tivo boxes.
4 hours talking to various Virgin employees..only to be told that I need an engineer, but the engineer can't come for 8 days !!!!!!. seriously thinking about BT or Sky.

Errors are never great, especially when it's for your TV. i have been into the account and looks like you'll be needing an engineer as the box is no longer responding to the network.
