Netflix

Hi,

Hoping someone can help me. I've had a Netflix account for over a year. I've been able to use on my TiVo box with no problems. Recently I've had to change my Netflix password. Since then I've not been out to log into Netflix though my TiVo box. I can login via my mobile, iPad and other devices but I use the same information for my TiVo box it comes up with "the login information you have entered does not match the account of our records remember your email address is not case sensitive but passwords are". I have also tried resetting the TiVo box which is not helped at all. getting extremely frustrated now.

Please help

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing Netflix via the TiVo® box.  I'll be glad to help check this out with you.

 

If you haven't tried this already, try and see if you can 'Log Out' of the Application (If it gives you the option) and see if it allows you to log back in.
