Can anyone help? We are trying to watch The Good Wife but every single time it gets stuck at some point during the episode, and buffers, reaching 25%. Eventually it concludes that this device is not connected to the internet, but it takes several repeats to get it working again.
The Netflix app works just fine on ipads, it is just the app on the Virgin box that we have this issue with. And we have it every day.
