I have been having problems using my Netflix on TiVo. It comes up with A01 error code every day I try to use it. My wifi is fine and Netflix works on the Netflix app on my phone and iPad so I am guessing it is a problem with my TiVo service. It hardly works and when it does work, it will stop half way through me watching something then buffer and stop at 25%.

I have carried out some checks with the box remotely and there currently is some high demand affecting the network you're connected to. It is already with our network engineers to work and resolve.
