Netflix constant buffering


I've been having problems for a couple of months now playing Netflix through my TiVo box. I have no problem whatsoever with Netflix on my iPad/phone.

When playing through my TiVo box is buffers regularly and is now becoming extremely frustrating!

I've tried restarting the box, restarting the router but those haven't helped one bit. I'd be grateful for any advice on this please. Thank you.

I'm sorry to read about the TiVo's netflix, looks like after running some needed tests can see that your downstream power levels aren't working as they should be. I really would like to help and get someone out to have a look, as there are no known outage in the area.
