Programmes in Netflix accessed through tivo keep buffering at 25% and not proceeding any further. Its very frustrating.. i have seen posts on here as old as 2014 on the same subject... is anything being done about this?
I'm really sorry to hear that you're also experiencing this issue when viewing Netflix through your TiVo®. There is a known fault that some customers experience this, and we are currently working with Netflix to deploy a fix, the reference for this is NKE7339. Unfortunately I do not have any further details on this regarding any times.
We can however run some tests on the TiVo® to see if there are any contributing factors which may cause issues, I can see my colleague Craig states that he's sent you a private message asking for some further details in order to run some testing. If you could reply to him then it would be much appreciated.
