Low signal

Had signal fluctuating between 76-65% causing picture to break up. Went to 92% yesterday but now back to 65%today,trued phoning virgin but can't get through. Picture quality varies day to day sometimes pinsharp and other days really rough. It's driving me mad please help!

If you have a signal issue then you'll need an engineer so I'm afraid you'll need to keep phoning.

Welcome to the forum community Smiley Happy

 

I'm sorry to hear that your signal levels are not steady and causing you issues with pixelation of picture.  I'll be happy to help get this sorted for you.

 

I have carried out some checks with the box remotely and can see an issue with the input levels and downstream power levels as well.  I will arrange for an engineer to call round and fix this for you.  A reboot may help alleviate this, this would help only temporarily.
