Virgin very kindly offered to upgrade one of my v boxes to a TiVo (I have a package of 4 boxes - one TiVo and 3 v boxes)
Tivo duly received - tried to install it - but it stalled at 25% on loading tv channels, so I unplugged it and reconnected the v box that it was meant to replace
But now, one of my v boxes will only show free channels and not my package - I have movies and sports and tvxl
A message box tells me that the viewing card is being checked but it wont show any paid for channels
Think that I need an engineer - can this be sorted please as I really don't want to have to ring and wait on the phone for who knows how long
