Welcome to the forums and I'd like to say that I'm really sorry to hear that you did not receive a longer cable with your install TiVo®, we will need to get this sorted for you.
I'd have to ask you to give our Quick start team a call, as they will be able to book a technician to call out and get this installed correctly for you, it would be a specialist technician with the equipment to do the job, and that is the reason why I'm unable to do this for you.
The number for our Quick start team is 0800 953 9500 and they are open until 10pm Monday to Friday, Sat 8am-6pm and then Sun 9am-5pm.
