I was beginning to think it was me

 The buffering is bad, programs stop working,  I have to restart them yes I am using a Ethernet connection, and Virgin keep sending me join ur faster community you cant get the 20MB community working right yet so why should I spend good money to get a non existent  poor service

I am the only one on the network tonight and its bad.

Your test said "switch everything off and reboot" In this day and age that's so old and lame.

I'm sad to read that there's been some buffering in the home, I would like to ask if you're seeing this whilst using an app on the TiVo or whilst trying to browse the web through your broadband connection?
