I have now had a call from virgin media

I had a call from virgin media,
They wanted me to upgrade for an extra £1,
I told them that engineers have been cancelling my appointments,
Virgin media denied this,
If thats the case i want compensation for the last 2 weeks i've been unable to yse the virgin media facilitys.

Your post isn't very clear out of context and you'll need to give us more detail so we can advise further.

But yes, you will be able to get compensation for any loss of service. Ring them up and speak to them about this once your services have resumed (assuming there's an area fault).
