Help! Just got back from a weeks hol and my TiVo box has a C130 error, tried turning off and restarting etc but only then end up with "preparing channels" which is stuck at 25% 😔 Is my box dead or is there anything else I can try?

Welcome into the Community, it's great to see a new member in our numbers
I would like help here and C130 errors can sometimes indicate an network issue. I have been looking into the TV services and found that the TV services are running well with no issues I can identify currently.
I was however able to see that your broadband upstream levels aren't working as they should be and would certainly need some adjusting. I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little purple envelope near the top right of the page. Once there' I'll ask the engineer to give the TV services a once over just in case.
