Had an engineer out today who swapped our old Tivo box over for what was a separate issue. Our old box was a Cisco one, the new one is a Samsung.
I have noticed this evening that the HD channels seem to be breaking up and glitching. It isn't terrible but it's annoying enough. Is this an issue that will settle itself down in a few days or should I be requesting another engineer visit? This obviously didn't happen with the old box.
I'm sorry to hear that you're getting pixelated picture on some of your channels since the box has been swapped. I have taken a look at your box remotely and there is an issue with the downstream power level that needs fixing.
