Why does error code 319 & 409 keep appearing on On Demand, it is not just my box as I went in to virgin shop to tell them and it happened in there!! . I'm paying for a service and not getting it i have contacted virgin on 150 several wks ago but still no answer, I'm very tempted to talk to sky unless you can sort it

The 319 error is a general error code so can be seen in a few different situations, we are experiencing some issues with our On Demand service in some areas at the moment so as you've seen this on more than one box then, I'd assume that's the case here.
Are you still getting this error on your box? Are you able to view any On Demand content or is it all giving you the error? Have you notices this issue occur at certain times of the day?
