Like others I have managed to watch episodes 1 and 2 of a series, this time Prey, but every time I try to watch episode 3 I get a box saying it is unavailable with Error code 6096. I have done the usual unplugging/restarting but yesterday and today the same thing is happening. This is frustrating as I only have a limited time to watch. Other 'On Demand' works fine.
