Error 7402

Hi. I've had my tivo unplugged for a couple of days whilst decorating. I've reconnected it and I had the error 7402 message on screen. I turned the box off and on again and the message cleared. Now I don't have any TV guide etc. I just get 'virgin media service interrupted'

Any help would be great

Welcome back to the Community and thank you for taking the time to post Smiley Happy

 

I'm sorry to read about the error you have there. I've been able to run some tests on the TiVo and I've been able to see that the signal levels are working really well. 

 

Can you tell me if you;re still having a problem during the time of my message?
