Error 6117 will I be charged?

We have been trying since yesterday to watch an on demand film. It keeps getting partway through then cuts out stating error 6117. Will we be charged for this film? How do we sort this error? Thanks

If the movie was unable to be viewed then i'm sure that Customer care on 150/ 0345 454 1111 will be able to help here.
