Firstly, I'd like to know a little more about what is affected on Catch Up, can you please get back to me with the following information:
* What channel/s are the programmes you're ordering from on Catch Up?
* Are live channels affected?
* Have you given the box a reboot to refresh things over?
* Will it happen all the time or do you find it happens at specific times of the day?
I have had a look at your box remotely and signal wise all looks good at the moment. If you can get back to me with the request details I can check this further for you.
