I am having trouble watching recorded programmes on my box for two weeks now. There is a C501 error code that keeps appearing on the screen. The streaming is absolutely slow and I am not able to pause or rewind live TV. Screen gets frozen for a couple of minutes.
I have tried rebooting from the setting menu but the problem persists. Can anyone help.

I've located your account to run some tests on the set top box from our end and I can see an issue in your local area causing these problems at the moment.
