C501 error, Pixelated recordings and no TV Guide

3 problems

1st - When we watch recordings on our Tivo box they're pixelated and skip back and forth.

2nd - A lot of To Be Announced on the TV Guide screen.

3rd - Now getting Error C501 on the screen and to phone Customer Services

I tried to phoned customer services twice last night to get them to test the box, but after being on hold twice for about 17minutes each time and being cut off twice I gave up.

Any ideas ?
