C133 Error

Hi there

I have a C133 error on my TiVo which is preventing all the apps and catch-up from working.

All hardware appears to be fine.

I'm in West London in case it's a local issue

Hi there Bailey_Boy, 

Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues using your Apps and Catch Up TV, due to the C133 error. 

I've run some testing on the connection and can see that although you should no longer see the C133 error, there is a fault with your TiVo® hard drive, which could cause other issues. So I'd like to arrange a technician to call out and investigate further for you.
