Hello peeps from the world of virgin! Yesterday we unplugged all our electrical a whilst putting up our Christmas secs, when we put everything back on the TV shows a C130 error message. We are struggling to get onto the Internet and some of the TV facilities aren't working, Netflix, search etc We rang Virginia and the guy went through some steps with us, of course it worked for the 30 seconds it took to finish the call then promptly went off again. The arrows on the router are flashing green also
i don't know what to do to fix this problem, I'm useless at these things!
