Box not working

I have had an intemetent problem with my TiVo box for a few weeks now with it switching itself off and 'starting up' appearing on the screen with no action happening after this.this usually works after switching off from the box at the back but now all I have is the 'starting up' screen with nothing working.any suggestions?

I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the forums, and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing quite a few problems with your TiVo® recently, and I'd love to help you out with this. 

I've run some testing on the connection and can see an issue which will require a technician to call out and investigate further for you.
