Blocky TV

I'm in the WN4 area and have an increasing problem with reception.

It started about a week ago and has been getting gradually worse.

Tonight I am trying to watch a Sky Cinema channel and it's completely unworkable.

At the same time the broadband has become intermittent leading me to think the problem is signal related rather than equipment.

I have done the usual "switch off and switch on" of the equipment.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your TV and broadband.


I have been able to locate your account and I can confirm that the intermittent service is due to maintenance work in the area and the technicians are working to resolve this as quickly as possible
