Beyond the joke now.

TV and Broadband faults becoming a daily issue.  Not funny and I am getting to the point where I'm questioning what I'm paying for.

Getting hold of a human being to talk to is as difficult as watching frozen and pixellated channels.  Just get sent in circles with the automated service with no option to speak directly to an adviser. Currently Virgin Media your service sucks and not worth the £100 per month that we're currently paying.  You've got a nerve increasing prices when offering such a substandard service.  Sort it out or I'm going elsewhere.
